Need a Weekend Appointment?
Weekend appointments are available, but they require additional coordination with our photographers and may take longer to confirm than weekday appointments.
Weekend Scheduling
Because weekend appointments are optional for our photographers, our team must first confirm photographer availability before your appointment can be scheduled.
Weekend appointments depend on photographer availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Weekend Appointment Fee
Weekend appointments include a $200 fee per photographer.
This fee is paid directly to the photographer for working beyond the standard five-day work week.
If multiple photographers are required for your appointment, the weekend fee applies to each photographer assigned.
Weekend Delivery Times
While photography can be completed on weekends, our editing team does not work weekends.
Media from Saturday and Sunday appointments enters the editing queue on Monday evening and follows our normal turnaround times from there. Meaning weekend appointments follow the same standard turnaround times once editing begins on Monday evening.

Holiday Closures
Our office is closed and appointments are not scheduled on the following holidays:
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday through Sunday)
- December 23 through December 25
- December 31 and January 1
If your preferred appointment falls near one of these dates, we recommend scheduling as early as possible.
