Getting Ready for Your Appointment
To help keep appointments on schedule for everyone, please make sure the property is ready and accessible at your scheduled appointment time.
We understand that last-minute things can happen, which is why our photographers will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time whenever possible.
Why Timing Matters
Our photographers' schedules are carefully planned throughout the day. Appointment times are based on the services you've ordered and the size of the property, ensuring enough time for photography, travel, and every scheduled appointment.
Arriving on time and having the property ready helps us stay on schedule for you and for the clients scheduled after you.

If your scheduling cleaners, stagers, or contractors for the same day, plan for them to finish before your appointment begins. This helps ensure every room is available and keeps your appointment running on schedule.
Arrival Window
If you need a few extra minutes to finish preparing the property or provide access, your photographer will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered an on-site cancellation and will need to be rescheduled.

Property Readiness
The property should be ready for photography when your appointment begins.
Appointments are scheduled based on the services ordered and the property's square footage. If significant preparation is still underway when the photographer arrives, there may not be enough time to complete the appointment without affecting the remainder of the day's schedule.
If the property is not ready for photography, your photographer may determine that the appointment cannot be completed. In these cases, the appointment will be treated as an on-site cancellation and will need to be rescheduled.
Examples may include:
- The seller is still actively preparing the home.
- Rooms are not accessible.
- Cleaning or staging is still underway.
- Conditions prevent the photographer from completing the appointment efficiently.
- Another vendor is actively working in the home and prevents photography from being completed.
Our goal is always to photograph every room you've ordered, but this isn't always possible if areas are unavailable during your scheduled appointment.
If Your Photographer Is Delayed
While uncommon, unexpected traffic or other delays can occasionally occur.
If your photographer expects to arrive more than 5 minutes late, our office will contact you with an update.
For everyone's safety, our photographers do not call or text while driving.
