Downloading & Sharing Your Media

Downloading and sharing your media is simple.


When your order is complete, you'll receive an email with links to your media. You can also access your downloads and property websites anytime by logging into your account.

Where do I go to download my media?


From your delivery email (Fastest)

Your delivery email includes:
  • A direct download link for your media
  • A button to open the Download Center

💡 For most customers, this is the quickest and easiest way to access their files.

From your account

Click Download Media to choose exactly what you'd like to download, or open the Delivery Center.

If you need to download your files again later:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Open the listing.
  3. Click Download Media.
From here you can:
  • Download everything at once
  • Download only specific services
  • Access the Delivery Center at any time

Review your property website before sharing it.

If you plan to customize the website or make any edits, it's best to wait until everything looks the way you want before sending it to your client or sharing it publicly.

What's the best way to share my media?


The Standard Property Website is the easiest way to professionally share your listing with clients.

Every order automatically includes a Standard Property Website, even if you didn't purchase the upgraded Premium Property Website.

It provides a professional way for your client to:
  • View photos
  • Watch videos
  • Access floor plans
  • Download media (when appropriate)

Option 1: From the delivery email

The branded and unbranded property website links are included in your delivery email.

Option 2: From your account


Open your listing and expand Marketing.
From here you can:
  • Copy your branded website
  • Copy your MLS-friendly (unbranded) website
  • Open the website editor
  • Preview the website

🎓  Ruum Pro Tip


Make sure that your client knows not to start sharing the link until you are ready, especially if it won't be your primary marketing website. No need for them to start sharing before everything is ready to go.

Premium Property Websites


If your order includes a Premium Property Website, you'll receive a separate email once it's ready.

You can also access it anytime under My Property Websites after logging into your account.

Custom Projects

For some custom projects, headshots, and event photography, you'll receive a Dropbox link instead of using the Delivery Center.

This allows us to deliver projects that aren't tied to a specific property listing.
