Your photographer will arrive at your scheduled appointment time to capture the media you've ordered. Here's what you can expect during your appointment.
Before We Arrive
To help your appointment run smoothly, please make sure:
- The property is ready for for your appointment.
- Access has been arranged.
- Pets are secured when possible.
- Vehicles have been moved if they’ll appear in photos.
- Any last-minute questions have been shared with our team.

During Your Appointment
Your photographer will complete the services included with your order.
Depending on the services you ordered, your appointment may include:
- Professional Photography
- Drone Photography or Video
- Zillow 3D Home
- Matterport
- CubiCasa Floor Plans
- Video Services
- Community Amenities
- Agent On-Camera Segments
Appointment times vary based on the size of the property and the services you’ve ordered.

After the Appointment
Once your appointment is complete, your media moves into editing and production.
Some services may require additional information before production can begin, and we’ll reach out if anything is needed.
