Matterport Hosting & Renewals
Every Matterport tour space includes 3 months of hosting with your original purchase.
Before your hosting expires, we'll send you a reminder so you can decide whether to renew your hosting or transfer the tour to your own Matterport account.
What happens when my hosting expires?
If no renewal or transfer is requested before the expiration date, your Matterport tour will no longer be available online.
Renewal Options
Choose the option that works best for you:

If you renew before your hosting expires, your renewal time is added to your existing expiration date. If your hosting has already expired, your new hosting period begins when your space is reactivated.
Multiple spaces: If your property includes multiple Matterport spaces (such as a main home and an ADU), each space has its own hosting period and renewal.
Transfer to Your Matterport Account
Already have a Matterport account?
We can transfer ownership of your tour so you can manage hosting directly through Matterport.
After the transfer is complete, you'll manage hosting and renewals directly through your Matterport account.
This is a great option if you regularly use Matterport for your listings or business.

Expired Tours Are Archived
We archive expired Matterport spaces rather than deleting them whenever possible. If you decide to renew or transfer your space later, we'll do our best to reactivate it whenever possible.
How do I renew or transfer?
Once you let us know whether you'd like to renew or transfer your space, we'll send you a secure payment link (if applicable). After payment is received, we'll renew or transfer your Matterport space.
