Matterport 3D Tours for your listings are kept "live" for 3 months.
After 3 months we have to "archive" the tours in our Matterport account. They are never deleted. The tours will remain in our Matterport account and can be re-activated at any time for a fee of $45 for 6 additional months or $60 for 1 additional year.
Matterports are a live streaming service and Matterport charges us a monthly hosting fee for each space, so we have to pass the cost on to our end user to avoid reaching our limit on how many spaces can be live on our account.
It is not our goal to monetize this fee. If you have your own Matterport account and would like us to transfer your Matterport 3D Tour to your account, please let us know and we can initiate the transfer at no cost to you.
Matterport pricing is determined by how many active spaces you have and can be found here: Matterport Pricing Page. Please be aware the Free plan does not allow you to share your 3D Tour links, so if you want to keep your listing active you will need to start with the Starter plan as a minimum plan.
