Can the builder, designer, stager, or other vendor who worked on the home use the photos in their portfolio?

Yes, but they will need to pay for a Portfolio Marketing Useage Extended License ($200) to use them for portfolio marketing purposes.

To do this we will need your vendor's name (or the company name), phone number, and email address.  We will need their information so the license is logged in their name, not yours.  

We'll send them an invoice for the Extended License and, once paid, we'll send them a dropbox link with the print and web versions of the photos.

Please note, an Extended License will give them the ability to use the photos for portfolio marketing purposes, but they cannot sell the images as Ruum Media still retains ownership.
