What is Ruum Media's Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that things happen and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your shoot.


If you do need to cancel a shoot we will provide a full refund.  If the order is canceled during the time periods listed below, you will receive a separate invoice for the fee appropriate to the timing.  

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel this tour, please let us know more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, if possible, to avoid the cancellation and reschedule fees.  

  • Less than 48-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling a photoshoot results in a $75 invoice per photographer.

  • Same-day notice for rescheduling or canceling a photoshoot results in a $125 invoice per photographer.

  • COVID cancelations and rescheduling do not have a fee.  If a shoot Is canceled or rescheduled due to a COVID scare, we will need a negative result before rescheduling.

We respect our photographers' time, and these fees are to cover the photographers for the missed opportunity for a shoot for the time period they were booked.

To reschedule your shoot you can use one of the following options.

  • You can click the "Reschedule" button on the tour in your account during or after business hours

  • email info@ruummedia.com and scheduling@ruummedia.com during or after business hours

  • call or text 503.997.0737 during business hours
