Can a spot be held on the calendar before I place my order?

We understand that sometimes you want to hold a spot for photography while you are waiting for input from your client before committing to paying for a photo shoot.

 

You can call in or email us at scheduling@ruummedia.com and have a hold on our photographers' schedules, but we have a couple of policies to take into consideration.

  • Generally, holds on photographers calendars only last 24 hours

  • Holds must be confirmed more than 48-hours before the shoot time

  • Hold requests for less than 48-hours before a requested shoot time are only held until the end of the business day 

These policies are put in place so we do not block our photographers' time only to have the shoot fall through without having time to be able to get something booked.  

 

We respect our photographers' time and work hard to keep them in a position to work to earn income.
